WARRANTY
All our products are supplied with 2 years warranty from the date of our invoice.
Before any item is returned for any reason a RETURN AUTHORITY number must be obtained.
All incoming freight is to be pre-paid - we will pay the freight to return the item.
We reserve the right to repair or replace any item returned under warranty.
Any item returned 'faulty' which tests OK in our workshop will attract a $ 55.00 service fee.
DRIVERS
If you need a driver for one of our products which is not on the driver disk supplied with the item, just e-mail us with the following information ...
Model and description of the hardware item.
The CHIPSET make/model read from the largest chip on the item.
The barcode number and 'C-TICK' number on the item.
The operating system you need the driver for.
We will usually e-mail the driver to you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Please be aware that some of our products DO NOT need drivers for most operating systems.
